The ordering process begins with any
delimited text file, sent to us via e-mail.

Next, we merge the electronic file into
the ordering system, which reads all
specifications, minimizing data entry
and billing errors.

With a few clicks of a mouse, order processors create the files that will guide the manufacturing, packing and shipping of each distinct customer order, including:

  • Pricing Details
  • Customized Labels
  • Packing Lists and Billing Information

Next, the order is downloaded to our machine center where it’s assigned and scheduled to a specific automated Tiger Stop Saw.

As operators insert the roll form shapes, the Tiger Stop computer saw reads the electronic data and automatically adjusts for each cut, resulting in maximum efficiency and accuracy, with no need for operators to ever touch the keyboard or adjust the machine.

The computerized methodology means no manual input and fewer chances for operator error. It also allows screens to be manufactured in the order they are needed, rather than by size.

After frame cutting, the assembly process begins as the cut roll forms are assembled into screen frames and the screen material is rolled and secured into the frame.

Next, we individually label and package all screens to exact customer specifications, whether organized by sequence for a stock order or by order-of-use for a specific project.

The screens are packaged in wheeled carts designed and produced by Aluminite for maximum efficiency and protection. They are then delivered directly to the customer’s manufacturing facility.

In addition to an average 48-hour turn-around time, our manufacturing capacity and efficiency often allow us to offer same day delivery, under special circumstances.
